Tracy and I want to thank you for our awesome kitchen.  We may not live in a million dollar home but I now feel I have a million dollar kitchen.  It is beautiful.  I am amazed at how beautiful the whole project turned out.  

We came to you with an idea of what we wanted and you gave us great feedback and options to consider that improved the final outcome of our remodel. We expanded the kitchen, replaced the fireplace adding a built-in mantel and bookcase, and added a half bathroom and outdoor covered patio and French doors with amenities such as columns and arch to separate living spaces, and wood and travertine flooring. There was a lot going on and it was fascinating to watch the transformation.

We appreciated your professionalism and effort in making our vision become a reality.  You always communicated and responded to questions and concerns we had in a timely manner. You provided us with excellent source of suppliers and knowledgeable people in determining appliances, plumbing, flooring, and cabinets etc. Frank did an excellent job on the cabinets, making sure everything was centered with the island and aesthetically correct, and I love the corbels.  It’s the little details that make a big difference, and the craftsmanship of the cabinets is wonderful.  The fireplace mantel and bookshelf is a focal point in the living room. It turned out beautifully and is a testament to Brian’s meticulous craftsmanship.

Every one of your workers who came to our house was courteous and respectful of the property and our needs while working at the house.  We enjoyed having them there and it was nice to watch the daily progress. It seemed like something was happening every day.  Everyone worked together well.  You have a great group of people working for you and they obviously have a lot of respect for you and that says a lot about you as a person.  

We would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a professional contractor to help them with any remodeling needs or building projects. This letter is terribly late, but both Mike and I wanted to thank you and the talented people you used with our backyard remodel in the summer of 2009.

We went to the 2009 Home and Garden Show that weekend with no intentions of spending money and it was all going along according to plan until we met you. We told you we were looking for an outdoor grill island and an outdoor fireplace. The more we talked to you over the next few months, our project grew and we ultimately ended up redoing our backyard, which is about an acre in size.

We now feel like we are living in a resort. We have the most beautiful outdoor kitchen in the county and we ended up with not one but two outdoor fireplaces. The sidewalk that now meanders around the backyard is a favorite with our granddaughters. We love that we were able to remove a large portion of existing lawn and replace it with patios, hardscapes and fountains. With your help, a waterfall was added to the pool and the new pebble tech was applied. The brick retaining walls and planters tie in perfectly with the existing brick around our home. And the new landscaping is exactly what we wanted - colorful and semi-drought tolerant too. It's gorgeous now!

The sub-contractors and their workers were all so polite and thorough. If you said someone would be there tomorrow to do something, they were there. We never had to wonder what was happening next or when it was going to happen. You amazed us with how well your operation ran and we appreciated your personal contacts with us if something looked like it needed to be tweaked or changed.

Not only were you pleasant and courteous in that initial meeting, we found you to be extremely easy to work with throughout the entire project. And we both are very grateful that you were able to re-work the plands for us several times to bring down some of the costs when we went over our budget.

Please don't hesitate to use us as a reference and we would welcome an opportunity to have you show potential clients what you accomplished for us in our new backyard oasis.

From Beginning to end Craig Wichert worked closely with us in updating the interior of our home. We had a limited budget and lots of requests.
